Description | From qualified contractors for the replacement of metal on the North and West sides of the City Hall. Any questions or concerns can be directed to Georgetown City Hall 217-662-2525 North Side 1. Contractor shall disconnect and remove electrical for 2 AC unites, 3 Electrical disconnects and 1 camera. 2. Contractor shall remove existing metal wall panels and trim and dispose of offsite. 3. Contractor shall install new U-Panel steel siding and trim, color to be determined by owner. 4. Contractor shall reinstall power to the AC units, disconnects, and the camera. West Side 1. Contractor shall disconnect and remove electrical for low voltage cables and service boxes, conduit and wiring feeding AC unit, conduit, wiring and ATS for generator, 1 wall pack light, conduit and wire, 1 camera and cable feed. 2. Contractor shall demo existing metal panels and trims and dispose offsite. 3. Contractor shall install new u-panel and trim, color to be determined by owner. 4. Contractor shall reinstall all items ofelectrical that were removed. 5. Contractor shall install new seamless gutters and downspouts. |
