2021 Street Spray-Patching Project

To provide street spray-patching services at various locations in connection with its 2021 street improvement program. 1. S. Lane St. (various spots) 2. Walnut St. (2 spots at 103, 117) 3. King St. (104, corner of Giles) 4. Veterans. (325, east of Smead) 5. Gasner St. (205,207) 6. White St. (216 and various spots) 7. Beagle at Main. (2 spots) 8. Worth St. (505,509) 9. N.Monroe St. (2 spots at 313) 10.S. Monroe St. (365) 11.N. Lane St. (216,418 and 422) 12.Bach parking lot. (various spots) 13.Ellis Park parking lot. (various spots) 14.Newspaper parking lot. (various spots) 1. Areas to be spray-patched shall be adequately cleaned free of debris by the contractor. 2. The contractor shall apply an appropriate spray-patch of washed aggregate and emulsion (mixed together with 55%-75%, <2% Antistrip Adhesion, 1-5% Tall Oil/Sodium Salt, 25-45%water, <25% Fuel Oil No. 2, <1% Polymer Modifier), to fill voids in areas to ensure a good solid blend. 3. The contractor shall fill any voids to match existing road grades. 4. The contractor shall, after applying spray-patches, sweep loose aggregate onto patched areas 5. The contractor shall then adequately compact spray-patched areas.
