As of September 27, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. 1. Multiple Contract Project consisting of the following prime contracts: a. General Building Construction. b. Plumbing & Mechanical Construction. c. Electrical Construction. A. Work of the General Construction Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Remaining work not identified as work under other contracts. 2. Exterior closure, including walls, doors, windows. 3. Interior construction, including partitions, doors, and fittings. 4. Interior finishes [finish carpentry] [architectural woodwork] [interior specialties], and floor and ceiling finishes. B. Temporary facilities and controls in the General Construction Contract include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Temporary facilities and controls that are not otherwise specifically assigned to the [Mechanical/Plumbing Contract] [Electrical Contract]. 2. Unpiped sewers and drainage, including drainage ditches, dry wells, stabilization ponds, and containers 3. Barricades, warning signs, and lights. 4. Site enclosure fence. 1.04 MECHANICAL/PLUMBING A. Work of the Plumbing Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Plumbing fixtures. 2. Domestic water distribution. 3. Sanitary waste. 4. Stormwater drainage. B. Work of the HVAC Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Kitchen equipment requirements. 2. Ventilation. 3. HVAC as shown on drawings. 1.05 ELECTRICAL CONTRACT A. Work of the Electrical Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Electrical distribution. 2. Interior lighting. 3. Communication and security.
