| Description | The awarded contractor(s) will provide their services in Fond du Lac, Outagamie and/or Winnebago Counties. The contractor(s) shall comply with all regulations required by private or governmental agencies providing the disposal sites utilized by the contractor during the life of this contract. Using its own equipment and personnel, the contractor(s) shall furnish containers, collect, haul, and dispose of all solid waste generated by all locations utilizing this contract. The contractor(s) shall furnish containers for the pickup and coordination of no sort recycling from all locations utilizing this contract. These services shall be provided according to schedules which are mutually agreed upon by the University and the contractor.
