Wyoming Central Canal Streambank Project

The following is a general description of the work: Riverbank protection, wetland mitigation, service road improvements, fence replacement, temporary sprinkler irrigation, and installation of a 36-inch spill gate along the Wyoming Central Canal in Fremont County. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the total proposal amount, payable to the order of the Riverton Valley Irrigation District, as liquidated damages in the event said successful bidder shall fail or refuse to execute the contract in accordance with the terms of his bid. The Contractor will be required to comply with the wage and labor requirements and to pay minimum wages in accordance with the schedule of wage rates established by the United States Department of Labor. The Bidder must supply all the information required by the bid documents and specifications. Proposals received after the hour and date specified will be returned unopened. Proposals may not be withdrawn after the time fixed for opening them. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in the proposals and reject any and all proposals. Estimated value - $575000 - $625000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
