Reference Number 0000330932 Re-stripe all roads within the Copper Cove Rocky Road Community Services District boundary to match existing pavement markings. Question Acceptance Deadline 10/02/2023 at 3:00 PM PT Questions are submitted online Yes -- Should any question arise regarding the meaning or import of any of the provisions of this Contract or written or oral instructions from District General Requirements - Contractors License Required - Required Bonding Requirements Buyer Requires E-Bonding - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % -- Each bid must be sealed and accompanied by cash, a cashier's check, or bid bond, executed on the prescribed form, in an amount not less than ten (10) percent of the total bid price payable to the Copper Cove Rocky Road Community Services District. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $130,000. The Project has an expected duration of thirty (30) days. *The District reserves the right to waive any irregularity in the proposals. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening of bids The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Any bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract documents may be rejected. The District reserves the right to make all awards in the best interest of the District.
