Edwards Avenue Fencing Improvements

**As of October 4, 2022, bids received were over the budget. Project will rebid but no definite date yet.** Removal and disposal of existing one thousand and seventeen linear foot (1,017 LF) of chain link fence. Removal and reinstallation of five (5) chain link gate fences. Relocate two (2) telecommunication raisers and one (1) post mail box. Construct one thousand and seventeen linear foot (1,017 LF) of reinforced concrete footing and 7'-4" height of reinforced themed concrete masonry unit fence and other work incidental to the project as specified in the Project Plans (Attachment A). There will be no pre-bid meeting. Any question related to the bid package shall be directed to Dania Castillo (Dania.Castillo@maricopaaz.gov) via e-mail no later than five (5) days prior to the bid opening date. Questions submitted after that period may not be answered due to time constraints. Any correspondence related to the bid package should refer to the appropriate project name, page, and paragraph number. Any inquiry or exception to the solicitation shall be submitted as soon as possible and should be submitted at least five (5) days before the Bid due date and time for review and determination by the City. Failure to do so may result in the inquiry not being considered for a solicitation Addendum.
