Public Works Building Roof Membrane Replacement - City of Lewiston

Replace the Public Works garage's 30 year-old, modified bitumen roof membrane system with a new 20 year warranty/EPDM roof system. c Remove old roof and install additional insulation to improve energy efficiency. << $380,000 previously funded, additional funding needed due to recent estimates. As of March 21, 2023, this project is included in the City of Lewiston's FY 2024-2028 CIP and funding is allotted for FY 2024. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
