Facilities Cleaning and Janitorial Services The Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) seeks bids from qualifield contractors to provide cleaning, janitorial, and sanitizing services for TARTA facilities at W. Central Avenue, Knapp Street, and N. Huron Street. The scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to: Cleaning of all facilities and restrooms, window cleaning, carpet cleaning and floor waxing, disinfecting/sanitizing, and cleanup and trash removal in building apron areas.
