The Hideout POA - Tiki Bar and Deck Addition

The Hideout POA is soliciting quotes for a new tiki bar, deck, addition and associated interior renovations to the Main Lodge building located at the Hideout POA in Lake Ariel PA Wayne County Pennsylvania 18436. Project Schedule: Project Start of November 2022 and Substantial Completion by May 1, 2023 Clarification Deadline: 9/21/2022 3:00 PM Quotes received by The Hideout for the project will be reviewed and investigated prior to the award of the contract. Once completed, the contract will be awarded to the most responsible bidder. The Hideout has the right to reject, modify, or re-request quotes on any and all submitted quotes. Performance and Payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount shall be provided by the successful bidder. A bid bond for 10% of the bid amount shall be provided with the bid. The project briefly described is: Tiki Bar and Deck Addition The project scope includes demolition of the existing tiki bar and construction of a new deck addition containing a new 16'-0" x 14'-0" Tiki Bar. New accessible restrooms will be added in a separate addition. A new stair will be added to access the deck. Construction will be wood framed on a pier foundation. Renovations to the interior of the existing building include a new enclosed service room and the installation of a new egress door.
