Roofing Project

For a roofing project at the Moore County Department of Social Services facility. Between these two buildings there is approximately 41,000 sq. ft Install new flute filler insulation over existing metal roof Attach one layer of 1.5'' polyisocyanurate insulation over flute filler Option A mechanically attach one layer of 50 mill Fibertite xt membrane over insulation Option B mechanically attach one layer of 60 mill TPO membrane over insulation Install wood nailer at the edge Install flashing where needed Install new prefinished 24ga galv. Steel coping Provide a manufacturer's 20 year warranty Potect all HVAC units, sidewalks, pavement and any other items from being damaged during construction. Install new 30 by 36 roof hatch. There is currently not one Every day ensure the work site is left clean. Install roof pad walkway around the HVAC units The gutters and metal wall panels will remain and will not be replaced. Everything that it will take to complete this project from start to finish is up the roofing vendor that is awarded the job.
