Airport Storage Expansion Phase II

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Site work and new construction of a 17,520 square foot warehouse / distribution facility. As of November 14, 2022, this project went before the Town of Swanzey planning commission for site plan approval. Information regarding the selection of an architect has not been released. While a firm construction timeline has not yet been established, construction is expected to begin in the second quarter 2023.
