Overhead Door Repair, Installation and Replacement

The selected vendors shall have the ability to repair, replace, or install various types and styles of both industrial and residential overhead service doors, as well as repair, replace, or install the various types of systems that operate these doors. The selected vendors shall be able to provide 24-hour service. This includes regular and after hour services for all facilities within the State. Bidders will provide hourly rates for both regular and after hour service times. In addition, bid responses shall include the expected or anticipated response times for all locations within the State. All quoted hourly rates shall include all fees, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to labor costs, sourcing parts, service, repair, removal, replacement, travel, mileage charges, lodging, supplies, mailing charges, installation, insurance, testing, communications, order and order tracking, reporting, debugging, analysis, delivery charges, administrative support expenses and other expenses.
