New Loveland Fire Rescue Authority Station 10

Scope of Work: Located on Lot 4, Block 6 of the 2534 9th Filing Subdivision, the proposed New Fire Station 10 site is situated on an approximate 2.3-acre site in Johnstown, Colorado. The site is bounded by Ronald Reagan Blvd. to the south, Trade Street to the east, and undeveloped commercial properties to the north and west. The site currently exists as an undeveloped commercial lot that generally slopes to the southwest towards Ronald Reagan Blvd. along the south side of the property. The development of the fire station will include the construction of the proposed fire station along with the associated civil related systems such as onsite utilities, onsite drainage infrastructure, roadways and parking areas. The New Fire Station 10 will accommodate one Type 1 Engine; a Type 3 or 4 Engine; and a Hazmat Truck. The Project will consist of an approximate 14 500 s.f. single story building with a mezzanine that will include: 1. Living quarters (dayroom, dining, kitchen, office, sleeping rooms and exercise room); 2. Apparatus area (three bays, hose storage, bunker gear storage, decontamination, tools room, SCBA room and grounds storage); 3. Training/community room, general storage and utility spaces.
