Goals: 2.5% The Project consists of constructing Drainage Infrastructure Improvements at 3 sites: 1. Culvert Replacement upstream of Red Drum ocean outfall. 2. Groundwater lowering pump system and force main on West Bridge Lane. 3. Infiltration Trenches on South Virginia Dare Trail between East Mall Drive and East Epstein Street.
