Pool Dehumidification AHU Replacement

Project delivery will be with the Mechanical Contractor acting as the Prime Contractor for the entire project; mechanical contractor shall carry sub-contracts for electrical and general trades in their bid offer. This project consists of the replacement of (2) existing dehumidification airhandling units (AHUs) serving the competition and leisure pools at Allegan High School. In addition, new heat recovery piping from the new equipment will be piped back to the pool heating loops. Owner provided equipment and contracts includes (2) dehumidification AHUs, (2) in-line pumps, building management system upgrades, and test and balance. This project will require the use of prevailing wages under the Federal Davis-Bacon Act.
