Description

In general, the project consists of the construction of a new 5,760 square foot building for the park operations department with an alternate to add an additional 1,200 square feet to the building. The work consists of the construction of the building shell, installation of all exterior materials and finishes, interior trench drains / oil interceptor, septic tank and stubbing in of plumbing piping, minimal electric in the building, final site grading and improvements.
