Contract B: Storm and Street Improvements - Front Street from Main Avenue to 4th Avenue South: storm and street improvements including installation of storm sewer pipes and structures, sanitary sewer spot repair, replacement of curb and gutter, concrete flatwork, asphalt milling, asphalt patching and overlay, and miscellaneous construction items as shown in the Drawings and associated specification sections. Contract C: Asphalt Emulsion Seal Coat: seal coat improvements throughout the entire City of Fairmount as shown in the Drawings and associated specification sections.
