| Description | Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) Set-Aside. The Hitachi ABB SF6 Power Circuit Breaker (see included data sheet with model and serial numbers) has been inoperative since November 2020. The ABB HMB-1 Operating Mechanism appears to be at fault. The interrupter tanks have been holding pressure. A Hitachi ABB ten-year overhaul of the SF6 Breaker is to be accomplished. This will include the parts and work the overhaul entails (see Item 7). Also the HMB-1 Operating Mechanism is to be replaced with a new updated HMB-1.5 unit, suitable for the SF6 breaker |
