Wake Forest Reservoir Improvements - Town of Wake Forest

The site improvements anticipate having paved parking, new boat ramp, dock, new bridge, continuation of soft trail on east side, two additional bridges, facilities, and concession amenities. Once the study is complete, cost will be updated to reflect selections. As of June 29, 2023, this project is included Town of Wake Forest FY 2023-2028 CIP and funding is allotted for FY 2024-2025, 2025-2026, 2026 -2027, and future years. 1. As of july 21, 2022, this project is currently in the FY 2022-2027 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2024. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2022. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
