Description

Soliciting offers from architectural/engineering firms to furnish, provide, and perform the Professional Design services as described and identified within this Request For Proposal (“RFP”) invitation. Accepting Architectural / Engineering Professional Design Services and qualification statements from licensed and experienced Architectural / Engineering firms interested in providing Architectural / Engineering Design Services for the construction of a facility expansion of the UNM Comprehensive Cancer Center. The UNMCCC Radiation Oncology and Laboratory Expansion project includes approximately 34,000 SF of new construction, and 7,400 SF of renovation at the existing UNMCCC. The total project budget is Twenty-two million dollars ($22,000,000). This cost includes major medical equipment (primarily the cost of two new Radiation Oncology machines).
