Description

Work assignments that are of an emergency, or of a critical, time sensitive nature and require contractor availability and response time on a seven (7) day / twenty-four (24) hour basis. Generally, the individual assignments are short term, completed in one to fifteen working days, and approximately $10,000 in value. Work orders shall consist of, but are not limited to, providing labor, equipment, transportation and materials for the repair and/or the refurbishment of EDIC and BRA owned properties.
