Improve the security and safety of traffic flow at the Department of Water Resources Central Facility. Includes the cut and removal of selected concrete paving, and the installation of new concrete pavement with limited concrete curbing and thermoplastic pavement markings. Also includes installation of new vehicle swing and slide gates with gate operators and safety loops in the pavement.
