Description

Work performed shall include, at regular intervals, fertilizing, weed control, agricultural lime treatment aerating, tree and shrub fertilization, mowing and lawn care, miscellaneous landscaping. The area to be serviced is the southwest side of campus. This shall be a one (1) year service agreement with a three (3) one year renewal options. Winston Salem State University reserves the right to terminate the contract if the vendor is not providing the level of service provided in this agreement. The southwest and west side of campus includes the following buildings:
