DHS SP - FY22 Replace Condensing Unit and Refrigeration Coils - Shapiro

Removal of existing Trane Air Handling Unit and installation of a new Trane Air Handler and/or equivalent air handler with new cooling coils. Removal of existing condensing unit (Trane 3 phase, 208/220 volt, model #RAUA-5006-EB, Type #621-0332-1A, Serial #6E-20070). Preferably both air handler and Condensing unit will be of same brand. Removal of all refrigeration piping. Install new Carrier R410A (or equivalent unit) condensing unit that matches same size as old unit, install 2 new refrigeration coils in AHU and install all new refrigeration piping to connect new condensing unit to new refrigeration coils. Install new filter housings, txv’s, sight glasses and solenoids. Reuse existing supply temperature controls. Reinstall shunt trip and reset button from old condensing unit to new. Existing electrical feed may be reused but new outside disconnect will be required for the condensing unit.
