2023 ADA Improvement Project

**As of May 8, 2023, project was awarded to Nor-Cal Concrete, awarded amount is $195,422.50.** Installation of ADA curb ramps and replacement of existing sidewalk at various locations. The City's estimated cost of the improvements for base bid only is $170,000 to $220,000; the cost of base bid plus all alternates is $250,000 to $330,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The goals and timetables for minority and female participation, expressed in percentage terms for the contractor's aggregate work force in each trade on all construction work in the covered areas are as follows: Female Participation in each trade: 6.9% Minority Participation in each trade: 16.1%
