Description | Provide Asphalt Sealcoating and Line Stripping - 610-21-517 Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to prep building 6, building 47, building 138 circle, building 172 & building 172A, buildings 124 & 170, buildings 52 & 153, buildings 54, T516 and T504, building 5, building 58, buildings 76, 53 & 165, parking lots for installation of asphalt seal coating. This work will also include line striping (2 coats with reflective glass beads). Line striping detail provided by VA. All work to be completed at the VA- Northern Indiana Health Care - Marion Campus, 1700 E. 38th. Street, Marion, IN 46953 Period of Performance: 60 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed This solicitation is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. NAICS: 237310; Size Standard: $39,500,000. An organized site visit is scheduled, see FAR provision 52.236-27 contained herein for details. Bidding will take place via teleconference call - an amendment will be posted with the call in information. Only bids from VA-verified SDVOSBs in the Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database (https://www.vetbiz.gov/) at the time of bid submission and prior to award will be eligible for award. Joint Ventures (JV) are also subject to the same SDVOSB, VIP VetBiz, etc. requirements as "regular" SDVOSBs are. Moreover, the prime venture partner must be the SDVOSB partner used to create the JV. NOTICE: The VA and/or a third party (support contractor) will require access to the VA contractor records to assess contractor compliance with the limitations on subcontracting requirement included in VAAR 852.219-10.
