White Farm Wastewater Treatment Facility - Town of Millsboro

A timeline for bid/ construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Town is soliciting bids from qualified engineering firms for design, bid, and construction phase services (including full time construction inspection) for a new wastewater treatment facility (WWTF) to be located on its White Farm property. The new WWTF will be designed for an annual average daily flow (AADF) of 1.7 million gallons per day (MGD). All questions must be submitted in writing to Ms. Kruger at the e-mail address provided. Written questions and responses will be provided in addenda to this RFP. Questions must be submitted no later than April 25, 2022. The Town will not respond to any question submitted past April 25, 2022. Bidders are responsible for obtaining the full Request for Proposals on the Towns website at the following link.
