Project Thunderbird

The project, code named Project Thunderbird, will have a first-floor footprint of 634,812 SF (including 33,017 SF of office space, breakrooms and ancillary space) that will primarily facilitate material handling equipment and warehouse uses. The remaining floors, 2-5, known as Robotic Storage Platforms will house a large automated retrieval system with shelf-life storage pods that are moved by low-profile robots.
