Plumbing Repair Services. The resulting contract shall be for a one-year period, renewable for two additional twelve-month periods at the same rates and at the agreement of both parties. The complete Request for Bids (RFB) may be obtained by downloading from the Authority electronically. Prior to submitting their bids, Bidders should visit the Authority's electronically to confirm that no clarifications or revisions to the Bid Documents have been issued. Any such clarifications or revisions will be posted on the website by 11/18/22. Bidders must be fully licensed, certified, and insured to perform all of the work required under the Contract Documents, and must be authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and must comply with the State of New Jersey Business Registration requirements. Bidders must be registered with the Department of Labor and are required to comply with the Public Works Contractor Registration Act. Bidders are also required to comply with the requirements of Public Law 1975, c.127, which pertains to "Non-Discrimination" and "Affirmative Action", as amended, and with requirements regarding State New Jersey prevailing wages and Public Law 1977, c.33, which requires a statement of Corporate Ownership.
