"1 Shelter Concrete Pad (30'x50') at 5550 Idlewild Rd, Burlington, KY, 1 Shelter Concrete Pad (30’x50’) at 6517 Market St, Petersburg, KY & 1 Shelter Concrete Pad (30'x40') at 505 Shorland Dr, Walton, KY,” which includes the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment, tools, and services necessary to pour three (3) picnic shelter house concrete pads: (2) 30’x50’ & (1) 30’x40’. The Concrete Contractor is required to: • form all patio areas • provide and place #4 reinforcement on 2'x2' centers • ensure the steel is 1.5" above the base grade • supply, place, finish, and membrane cure all concrete pads • use KYTC Class-A (3500 psi) concrete for all patio areas • cut contraction joints on a maximum of 10' square spacing • place 1/2 inch expansion joint material around solid surfaces where required • cut existing pavements where required to ensure even transitions • wreck and remove all form material and concrete waste • follow all applicable building, utility and safety codes.
