Description

Contractor shall furnish all the labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors necessary to install additional "Authorized Access Only" (AAO) signage to clearly delineate PNNL property boundaries throughout the Richland Campus to comply with new DOE order/PNSO requirements. The work includes the procurement and installation of 100ea new small (11" x 17") AAO signs, 28 new large (39" x 30") "Welcome to PNNL" signs. Repair all surfaces and landscaping damaged during construction. One (1) large AAO sign and two (2) large "Welcome to PNNL" signs are future installs and will only require procurement as part of this contract. A new subsurface and concrete scan will be required for each location identified in the drawings.
