Description | Lump Sum CDM# 11762 DESCRIPTION OF HOME INTENT OF REPAIR: Replace mobile home roof RESIDENCE TYPE: Double-Wide Mobile Home YEAR BUILT: 1981 HOME SQ FT: 1344 LOCATION: Bonney Lake Contractor shall remove and dispose of all old roofing material, vents, and boots and install new 30-year, composite shingle approved for low slope, when applicable. Inspect sheathing condition and replace damaged material with new CDX plywood to match existing. Contractor to provide and install drip edge at eave in a manner that flashes gutter fin. Apply Grace Ice & Water Shield or equivalent per manufacturer specifications and at minimum at eaves, gable ends and valleys (if any). Apply synthetic underlayment over entire roof deck per L&I specifications. Provide and install new vent boots, roof vents, and skylight and chimney flashing. Install peal and stick roll flashing around skylight dam (if any) with a minimum 2" vertical exposure. Vent roof at 1:150 OR 1:300, if low venting exists, to achieve balanced ventilation. Install shingles per manufacturer's specifications and to adhere to manufacturer's warranty, especially as it applies to low slope roofs. Incidental roof penetrations such as antennae wire shall use threaded fasteners and be sealed with elastomeric sealant. Seal skylight dams at corners. Clean up and haul away job debris and ensure that bath fan and vents, range hood and vents, and gutters and downspouts are clean, free of obstructions and working properly. Contractor responsible for obtaining applicable permits. See attached RoofSnap Report. This contract may not exceed $8,000, including all fees and taxes.
