The delivery method for this Project will be construction manager at-risk (CM/GC), and, at a minimum, will employ the services of a Design Professional and a Commissioning Agent, in addition to the services of a CM/GC. The preliminary stated (construction) cost limitation (SCL) for the Project is estimated to be $44,100,000.00.
