2021 Taylor Regional Park and Sports Complex and Doak Park

The Project consists of turn-key construction and installation of various park hardscape and landscape improvements at Taylor Regional Park and Sports Complex and Doak Park for the City of Taylor, Texas. Taylor Regional Park and Sports Complex: Located at 210 Carlos G. Parker Blvd. NW, Taylor, TX 76574. Contractor is responsible for providing survey drawings signed and sealed by a Texas licensed surveyor that includes complete survey of the proposed improvements, including soccer field, irrigation heads, sleeves and irrigation connections. As built drawings are required to be provided at the end of the project. Shop drawings to be submitted to owner/ owner’s representative prior to fabrication and construction for approval. Contractor is responsible for providing all electrical connections from the owner provided meter as necessary. 1. Concrete and Paving work a. Construction of concrete pads, footings, foundations, and sidewalk 2. Fishing Pier b. Construction of fishing pier as required per structural engineer drawings in documents c. Geotechnical report as necessary for areas where piers will be located 3. Landscape, Irrigation, and Miscellaneous a. Proposed Irrigation System and connection to existing system b. Planting, Sodding and Topsoil c. Transplant of existing tree to location determined by owner 4. Electrical a. Underground electrical service as required 5. Signage: a. Installation of temporary sign provided by City of Taylor b. Installation of education sign per drawings c. Installation of acknowledgment sign per City’s requirements Doak Park: Located on South Doak Street and West Oak Street. Contractor is responsible for providing survey drawings signed and sealed by a Texas licensed surveyor that includes complete survey of the proposed improvements. As built drawings are required to be provided at the end of thedrawings to be submitted to owner/ owner’s representative prior to fabrication andconstruction for approval. 1. Third party inspection of playground 4. Sign a. Temporary sign provided by City b. Acknowledgement sign provided by City.
