Description

The Aurora Center for Active Adults Roof Recover project consists of a full tear-off of an existing shingle roof assembly and a recover of and existing modified bitumen roof assembly. Work generally includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Removal and replacement of the existing roof assembly. 2. Removal and replacement of wall flashings. 3. Removal and replacement of curb flashings. 4. Removal and replacement of electrical penetration flashings. 5. Removal and disposal of unused items as noted by the Owner and where shown on the drawings.
