Roof repair and resealing at the William Blount High School's 9th Gr Academy

Attachment B - Bid Cover and Contractor License Information Clean and pressure wash all horizontal seams, valley seams, ridgecap seams as well as around all roof penetrations. Sealing of all horizontal seams, all roof penetrations (including ridge cap, vents, soil stacks, etc.) of the roof with specifically designed material Solargard Seam Sealer system. The process also includes the sealing of all the fasteners on the roof system. Installation of new pipe boots where existing are deteriorated and cracked. Make and install new metal splash guards to be installed around entranceways to help direct and shed water away from high-traffic areas. This metal will match existing color. The pricing submitted for each line item of the bid is to be an all inclusive cost for the repair. This cost is to include labor, supplies, materials, equipment, tools, delivery costs, any needed building materials/supplies and any other items required for the completion of this work
