Description

Hauling of domestic sludge (biosolids) waste of ~ 500,000 gallons per year, approximately 35,000 gallons/month in the off season and 60,000 gallons/month in peak season hauls per month. Hauling will be on an as needed basis. Shipping will be from the City’s wastewater plant at 600 8th Street, Key Colony Beach, FL 33051 to the Black Point Facility at South District Wastewater Treatment Plant, 8950 SW 232nd St, Miami, FL 33190. This includes provision for emergency service for a pump truck to pump out the City's lift station(s) should they become non-functional and/or transfer waste from one station to another, a minimum 90-minute response time on emergency service is required.
