Modifying the Ellis County Emergency Services Building to Create a Meeting Room

The Ellis County Fire Department (ECFD) is accepting Request for Proposals (RFP) to modify the Ellis County Emergency Services Building located at 1105 E. 22nd St, Hays, KS to create a meeting room (approximately 1550 square feet). The project being referenced in this proposal shall meet the specifications and recommendations of the required local building codes as well as common building processes. Information requested should include the cost, warranty (if applicable), and expected project timeline for completion which is all to be listed on the Proposal Form. Exceptions to the bid proposal and specifications must be clearly noted and explained on the separate Exception Form. Approval of the project will be determined upon review of all available criteria, including but not limited to price, quality of prior work per references, timeline to complete the project, suitability for intended use, and other information as may be considered by the Ellis County Fire Department that is in the best interest of Ellis County.
