Work consists of Furnishing and installing 1,225 lineal feet of DelDOT Type 3-6 Curb and Gutter, 410 lineal feet of DelDOT Type 3-4 Curb and Gutter, 5,125 square feet of sidewalk, 1,520 square feet of Driveway Apron Sidewalk, 1,050 square feet of Sidewalk Ramps, 70 square feet of Crosswalk Landings, 260 square feet of Concrete Driveway Transitions, 660 square feet of Asphalt Driveway Transitions, one (1) 34” x 24” Drainage Inlet, three (3) 34” x 18” Drainage Inlets, 170 lineal feet of 12” Reinforced Concrete Stormwater Pipe, 200 lineal feet of 18” Reinforced Concrete Stormwater Pipe, 30 lineal feet of Reinforced Concrete Stormwater Pipe Across State Street, one (1) Sign and Signpost, Abandoning a Stormwater Pipe In Place, and Private Property Transitions.
