| Description | Chosen contractor will need to provide a scope of work. Minimum scope of work shall include the following. Responder is encouraged to recommend additional items that would benefit the project. Provide public engagement via Skate Park Task force and three public meetings. Develop three conceptual designs for each park along with opinions of probable costs. Develop construction plans, specifications and estimates. Plans must be sealed by a CT licensed professional engineer. Provide construction and construction administration services for City Park Skate Park. Assist in contract award services for 77 Cooper Street Skate Park. Provide construction administration services for Cooper Street Skate Park. |
