Description

The project consists of two connected structures being built for Lake Geauga Recovery Centers. The main building is 8,165 SF enclosed with 1,451 SF of covered outdoor area and will serve as a 16 bed men’s residential facility for treatment and recovery of substance abuse. The accessory building is 1,573 SF and will serve as a multi-purpose space and group treatment area. The building will be placed on a 3.67 acre site on Oak Street in Painesville, Ohio. It will be a wood framed structure with sloped shingle roofing, vinyl siding, and adhered manufactured stone exterior finishes.
