Description

This project consists of widening and reconstruction of 1.6 miles of US-40 to include five lanes in addition to reconstruction of 1.1 miles of ramps at interchange of US-40 and Airport Access Rd. located just south of Dayton International airport in Montgomery County, Ohio. Project limits for US40 improvements extend from 2550 feet west of Union Airpark Blvd to 50 feet east of Ramp B/Ramp D. This project includes miscellaneous drainage and water quality improvements, signing & pavement markings, traffic signal upgrades at the intersections of Union Airpark Blvd, Concorde Dr./CR-24 Dog Leg Rd. South, Ramp A/Ramp C, Ramp B/Ramp D), relocation of 16" waterline, and concrete box culvert.
