Monarch Park Playground – Address: 13675 S Monarch Meadows Parkway. The playground pit area is rectangular in shape with the approximate dimensions of 70’ X 45’. Design must include swing set element. Save and stockpile existing softfall chips. After installation of new playground equipment, place existing softfall chips and add new softfall chips as necessary to bring to the required softfall depth. A minimum of 12” of softfall regardless of what is required by the playground equipment. The City has a budget of $80,000.00 for this playground. Morning Cloak Playground – Address: 13585 S Morning Cloak Way. The playground pit area is rectangular in shape with the approximate dimensions of 80’ X 45’. Design must include swing set element. Save and stockpile existing softball chips. After installation of new playground equipment, place existing softball chips and add new softball chips as necessary to bring to the required softball depth. A minimum of 12” of softball regardless of what is required by the playground equipment. The City has a budget of $60,000.00 for this playground. Peggy Green Playground – Address: 12112 S Redwood Road. The playground pit area is square in shape with the approximate dimensions of 40’ X 45’. Save and stockpile existing softball chips. After installation of new playground equipment, place existing softball chips and add new softfall chips as necessary to bring to the required softfall depth. A minimum of 12” of softfall regardless of what is required by the playground equipment. The City has a budget of $50,000.00 for this playground.
