Description

The City of Parkersburg will be accepting bids for the construction and renovation of the New Southwood Pool. This Project includes a single prime contract for construction of the new pool, renovation of the existing pool house equipment room, installation of pool equipment and amenities, and related work. Per City of Parkersburg Ordinance 135.01 Requirements for Purchases and Bids, there will be a preference for resident vendors. The Finance Director shall have the authority to reject all bids, parts of bids, or all bids for any one or more supplies or contractual services included in the proposed contract, when the public interest will be served thereby.
