Streetlight Conversion and Maintenance

Provide turnkey projects to 1) provide pre-LED conversion streetlight maintenance, 2) convert existing municipal-owned streetlights to LED 3) purchase and install streetlight network controls, 4) install new poles, (with ixtures, or controls) as directed 5) paint decorative lighting poles as required, and provide warranty and non-warranty maintenance services following the conversion. LED conversion project elements include developing a lighting design (including the recommendation of equipment options for the LED conversion and equipment options for network controls) and installing lighting samples in the City for review and approval (pilot program), then removing and disposing ofthe existing luminaires, installing City-approved LED luminaires, installing in-line fuse disconnects, installing streetlight controls, labeling streetlight poles, as appropriate, retroitting and/or replacing post top ixtures as required, installing or repairing posts and poles as required, providing an updated streetlight inventory, supplying GPS ixture location and inventory data to the City, and applying for available rebates and incentives. Conversion also includes routine maintenance during the irst year where labor and materials are fully warrantied.
