| Description | The Free Library requires the services and materials to address a masonry repair on the west side of the historic Lillian Marrero Free Library located at 6th and Lehigh Avenue. The scope of work includes cutting the skyward facing mortar joints of the terracotta water tables and installing backerod and new silicone sealant. Additionally cutting the damaged terracotta mortar joints above the upper windows and repoint with mortar to match existing. This work is located on the west elevation of the Library above the upper windows with a top of parapet height of 25'11". Access to the west elevation is on Library property - contractor is required to provide lift and all access to the repair location - estimated work duration is approximately one week. |
