Bike Path Overlay Phase II off Route 84

1. Mobilization, Seeding, Class 1, Bituminous Surface Removal, Aggregate Base Course, Type B 6", Hot-Mix Asphalt Surface Course, Mix "D", N50, 1 1/2", Hot-Mix Asphalt Base Course, 2 1/2", Bituminous Materials (Prime Coat), Milling, Variable Depth 0" - 1.5", Temporary Construction Access. Each Bidder shall provide either IL DOT Certificate of Eligibility or a list of two similar projects in size and scope for work specified in proposal to be eligible to receive proposal booklet and bid on the project. All bids must be submitted on these forms and returned in a sealed envelope marked with the project title Cordova Township Park District-Bike Path Overlay Phase II. The Cordova Township Park District reserves the right to reject any bids and to waive technicalities or irregularities.
