| Description | The project includes the following trades or sub-contractors Mechanical Replace existing air conditioner with a new 2 1/2-ton heat pump central heating and air conditioning system complete with all new supply and return ductwork, drops, grills, controls, control wiring, electrical, disconnects and copper to code. Minimum SEER required - 15.0, 5 KW heat strip. New equipment to be installed in the same locations as existing. Heat pump air cooled condensing unit set on a concrete pad (or equal). Contractor is responsible for proper sizing of all new equipment and ductwork, except for the 5 KW heat strip. New thermostat to be a setback, programmable product, approved for use by the equipment manufacturer and centrally located between returns. |
