Description

Project consists of removing the existing flooring and floor/wall mounted plumbing fixtures, partition walls, countertops, base cabinets, storage cabinets, etc. in the spaces indicated. The existing sunken concrete slab in these areas will be raised using a foam injection application. After the slab is lifted, the contractor will install new flooring as specified, and reinstall all existing plumbing fixtures, partition walls, countertops, base cabinets, storage cabinets, etc. that are scheduled to be reinstalled. Contractor shall monitor and repair any conditions that arise from the slab leveling process. All other existing areas not shown to have any work performed shall be protected from construction activities.
